What data
Through the contact form, we process your name, email address, municipality or project location, the selected service, your description and any photos you choose to add. To limit abuse, we also store an encrypted code derived from your IP address that cannot be traced back to you.
Why
Solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation (pre-contractual measures at your request), and to prevent spam (legitimate interest).
Storage and retention period
Enquiries and photos are stored securely with our hosting partner in a restricted-access environment. We retain them no longer than necessary to follow up on your enquiry and any subsequent collaboration.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and only share it with service providers needed to operate this website.
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or have it deleted via info@electrafuture.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
